The chunky reflux is getting so bad (and smelling so rank) that we are taking Elijah to the paediatrician tomorrow. He's not been happily chucking, and Daddy is very concerned about it (mostly because on the trip he saw what I cope with day in, day out). The Gaviscon started to become too much effort for too little reward, with Elijah fighting the syringe and then chucking heaps anyway, that we pretty much gave up on it. Plus it was really difficult to sterilise everything in the hotel/on the road.
